Atmosphere was great, quiet bright, well staffed. The outer sitting area was not tended to, dusty and unattractive. I give it a... two because atmosphere is important but what broke it was the service. I wasn?t greeted, staff didn?t acknowledge me, only tookmy order. I sat at a table against a wall quickly writing. I normally don?t go to coffee shops by my electricity went outlocally so and I needed to get work done. I sat for 20 mins deep in my writing and finally noticed my name wasn?t called. Iapproached the counter only to be ignored and when I expressed my frustration as my coffee sat getting cold no one stepped upand spoke for the lack of action taken. Time to speak up and speak out.
