Had to tell my order 3 times. Order comes out it's read off. Get home and instead of the chili cheese Coney I ordered I got the... cheese fries they had put on the screen before I let them know that's not what I said. Maybe it's a good thing y'all ain't openall the time cause clearly there's a disconnect. I'll go to the Sonic in Adamsville from now on. Read more
I came to sonic this afternoon and placed my order that totaled almost $33. The girl brought my food out and handed to me, I... have her $16 in cash and asked her to please debit $12 for the remainder. She returned with my payment and told me the managersays I either need to pay with card in full or in cash in full. Because nobody in the entire store would take the time to tendermy payment or at least show the poor girl how!! $36 I.food was made and trashed because of plain laziness! If you can't dobetter than this I don't even want to know what your cleanliness and upkeep is like inside! I won't waste my time ordering fromthis location again and I generally patronage this place several times each week but not anymore.
