We ordered delivery twice while on vacation, they messed up our order both times. The first time they forgot part of the order.... The second time they forgot an item on the order. The first time the Uber driver offered to go back and get what they forgot.The second time we did not notice the missed item until we sat down to eat. Never again to this location. Workers not taking orders through the drive thru. Was behind someone else the wound not take their... order as well, customer left after waiting 10-15 minutes. The staff at this Dunkin' needs to learn that the customer is always right. I was at the drive-thru. I ordered my drink with... whipped cream but at the window it did not have whipped cream. So I said, I ordered whipped cream. The look on the kid's face atthe drive-up window was so exasperating. Maybe he shouldn't work there. So he did go back and get whipped cream and then handedit to me as if I was the most troublesome customer. Maybe it's the area this Dunkin' is located in but I have never receivedsuch "annoyed looking service" from a Duncan before. Also we asked for two different types of donuts before able to get anydonuts because the ones we wanted were not in stock. Read more
