The fuel rewards practically never work at the pumps. The new pumps practically don?t want to take your money either. Incredibly... frustrating place and I avoid it when possible. Read more
Filled my motorcycle up here and the fuel was contaminated with water. Cost me over $100 to have the dealership fix it... Cannot... trust shell gas anymore. You don't take anything seriously, that's why the claim was dismissed saying it's "impossible for yourgas to be contaminated" despite the mechanic showing me the drained gas and the clear separation of water and gas... You don'teven take yourselves seriously enough to use your correct address on Google... Read more
I frequent this location. The staff is very friendly, the store is very well stocked and clean. The pumps are kept clean and... the carwash always works properly. There is a Subway restaurant inside and the manager Mary is always cleaning. Read more
Tried to get my vehicle washed. The carwash caused problems of interruption during the wash for me and the driver in front of... me. I asked for a refund and the manager said ?looks like its working to me? and wouldn?t give me a refund of the $12 I hadspent. I will not be fueling my or my company?s vehicles ever again at this station. Read more
