My first experience at Crumpys on 51 was outstanding! I had a cheese burger, fries and wings. My burger was hot fresh and super... juicy. The wings are amazing! They definitely have a full flavor. I loved going here and ate here all the time . But after my last encounter I have decided not to go there anymore . It?s so many... rules just to buy wings and honestly I should not have to show my ID to get my food and I shouldnt have to show the card that Iordered with online in store when I pickup . It?s just too much personal Info just to get a meal especially when I was a regularcustomer and came all the time . But I will say she has the best wings and fries in town hands down but the owners attitude isabsolutely ridiculous. I know several people who have said that they wont be going back because the owner is so rude and Ididn?t believe them until I witnessed it first hand and I refuse to continue to give my money to a business that can?t even showsimple decency toward regular customers . This is a small town and the amount of people that have said they won?t go back isreally sad . If your an out of towner and looking for good customer service , this is not the place to go . You need a wholebank statement and more just to get food . Read more
My husband traveled 25 mins to try the wings, and we just like to say the food and service was great.
