Nov 9, 2022 The mobile order lane needs to be turned back into a drive through lane. It is empty while there are literally 11+... cars out on the main road. It is a dark rainy night and an employee is in the drive directing people to the correct lane. Verydangerous for him on a dark, rainy night. I?ve been going to this location for about 2 years now. At first it was great and the people were top notch. Since then, most of... the good people have left and the turnover of the new people has been immense. The food is usually always good though sometimesorders get mixed up which happens. The biggest mistake that they?ve done is installing a ?mobile only? line. The two formerlanes were busy as it was, now the single drive thru line backs up to the road on a daily basis. Meanwhile, 1-2 cars sit in themobile order line, using precious space that could be used by other orders waiting in line. Not to mention, this creates a hugetraffic hazard on the road, often times leaving 5-6 cars to wait on the highway. I want this location get better but I?ve beenlosing hope over the last year. Lastly, I never, I mean NEVER see the operator working in the store helping out the team orputting on special family events. I?ve been to many CFA?s before where the operator was cleaning tables, interacting withcustomers and just being there to help things run smoothly and create cohesion. One of the reasons I love CFA as a business isthat the operator is usually very involved in the store and the community?sadly this is not happening at this location. Nancy isthe best. Read more
I don?t come here but a couple times a year. Don?t dig the wait in line out in the highway? however took my chances today and I... get you?re dealing with traffic but one of the outside ladies was kind of rude. Normally had very nice people so it reallybothered me. Some of us aren?t used to navigating the traffic mess so maybe keep that in mind. ***EDIT Also, thought I would trythe curbside route so I wouldn?t have to wait in line but still got to wait in a parking stall for 30 minutes for an orderplaced an hour prior. Went inside and they couldn?t find it and had to look it up by the order number. Really disappointed. Read more
