Italian flour left overnight and then hand tossed by a third generation Italian pizza maker.\n\nSome of the best pizza I’ve... ever eaten!\n\nAnd as a bonus my wife is allergic to gluten and dairy. Just an incredible culinary experience. We booked these folks for our wedding of 50 guests and the whole experience was... fantastic. The salads and antipasto were delightful and the caprese was top-notch. For the pizzas, we went with the Margherita,Pistacchio Pesto, and the Smokey Sausage; all of which were delicious!
