We've been to El Jacalitos a couple of times now, food is always pretty good! Usually the service is good but tonight was... TERRIBLE. Our server only stopped by 3 times; take our order, drop off our food and then drop off the check (which this tookforever aswell. We were waiting for her to come back to order dessert and had to awkwardly order that while being handed thebill.) No checking up, nothing. There were a few times where she would check on tables around us but never even glance at us..?Or she would go to the server station and talk to the other servers. The whole process took entirely too long. We waited longeron her than the actual wait for the food! Read more
We eat at El Jac at least once a week, if not more. Everyone knows us by sight & our regular waitress, Emily, has our drinks... before we even get to a booth. The food & service is amazing. Try the street tacos! Read more
