This is my local chik fil a and I come here often. For the past few months I?ve been experiencing what does not feel like a... typical chik fil a. My last 4 orders have been wrong like paying for large fries and getting small or ordering a salad withfried chicken and then no chicken comes. Today?s episode is just ridiculous. I ordered through the mobile app like I normally doand sat in my curbside parking spot for a good while and no food. I called the restaurant and they said they didn?t have myorder. So I had to pull my receipt and get the order number then they found it and then I got my order. I got home and thesauces were wrong. I love chik fil a and this one is sadly just not up to par. This chickfila used to be great but within the past couple of months I've noticed this location has been declining. I went from... having 0 issues every time I came to having problems almost every other trip. Order's not being fulfilled accurately, employeesbeing confused, and a slow down with the drive-thru speeds. It's really disappointing to see as I've always loved coming to thischickfila and favored it over other locations. Not sure what's causing these issues but they can definitely do better. Read more
Chick fil A is just the best! Finally tried their grilled chicken nuggets and they were good! Zero weight watcher points for... them! I got the side salad and threw on the crispy peppers and well, don't do that if you're on WW. That TINY little bag is 3points! I would have rather had a cookie! Read more
Chick-fil-A franchises are all consistent with its core values, customer service and food taste. It takes a lot for a company to... deliver the same kind of service at every location. Chick-fil-A restaurant have the same outside looks, I got Mac & cheese,salad and chicken strips. I swear the food looks the same and have the same taste I remember from other chick-fil-A. Then thewarm greeting from the cashier at the door of the drive through, the speedy order placing and delivery. It?s clean, warm, easyand fast check out. To top it off the food is delicious .
