Not only did it take over two hours for the pizza to be delivered when it is 5 minutes from my house but they also refuse to... answer their phone and forgot half our order. The pizza was over cooked and poorly made. Whatever changed in the last monthchanged for the worse. I used to love ordering from here. Never again. Read more
I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a very long time, since the last time wasn't the best but I decided to for my son's birthday... party since they had the best deals. Literally the most unprofessional pizza hut I've ever been to!!! When I walked in all of the staff was sitting and I wasn't... greeted. Not to mention the restaurant was dirty! Once I greeted the staff,, one male said something but mumbled. He then got upand proceeded to be disrespectful when handing me the pizza. Woof. -Got four mozzarella sticks instead of eight. -Did not get marinara sauce with mozzarella... sticks. -Pan Pizza was super flat, hyper greasy, had zero browning, and lacked any toppings along the outer TWO INCHES. Somequick math reveals that is 75.36 square inches missing from a 153.86 square inch pie--almost a full half of the pie with notoppings at all. I love pizza hut, but this was absolutely the worst.
