I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. If you?re looking for a coffee shop that knows their craft well, this is it. Had a... cappuccino the other day while their harvester blend was on the menu and I have to say the extraction was incredible and theflavor was rich. Today, I came in for a cold brew and I was impressed when I noticed she was measuring everything out despiteit being rush hour working, on her own. We?d be here more often if we were from the area. What a great experience my girlfriend & I had. We stopped in on our way out of Gatlinburg & ordered a Honey Lavender Iced Latte... & Vanilla Brown Sugar Iced Latte.
