I?ve seen a few other reviews about the customer service and thought I just had to write one as well. I went last night with my... family to the walk up at around 8:30 where there was about a line of 3 people. After standing there for about 15 mins and theline hasn?t moved at all we noticed the drive through moving fairly quickly so decided to go through there instead. If it wasn?tfor the drive through I would have left because of how slow the 2 workers helping people at the front were. Read more
Walked up to the front window while others customers were being served on the side window. Stood there for a good 10 minutes.... All of a sudden the lights were turned off outside. The Ice Cream is amazing....Customer Service was horrible. Last night we were at the window for a very long time. All total,... there were 3 customers including me. With 4 employees behind the counter, not one acknowledged us standing there...they alllooked over, but none of them signaled, "we will be right with you" or anything in reference to that. I was in customer servicefor 20 years. A little acknowledgment goes a very long way. We left and went to Cold Stone across the street. Read more
You get a lot for your money here. Order a large cone if you dare! Two people can easily share one large ice cream cone. I think... they make their ice cream themselves. The ice cream tastes amazing. They offer other things like pretzels, hot dogs, nachos andice cream cake in addition to their ice cream and sundaes. They also have a coupon that comes in the mail that offers but oneand get one free, any size. This is a really good value, I suggest you take advantage of. Read more
