Angel is a hard working customer service individual that made our family lunch a welcoming and comfortable experience. To start, this review is not directed towards the entire restaurant. It is only directed to the try hard manager that thinks she... gets paid enough to be able to do these things. The manager of this place literally hung out the drive thru window and wasscreaming and banging on the back of my car because the transaction didn?t go through. there?s so many other ways to handlesimple issues like that, some include NOT touching people?s personal possessions. and especially NOT screaming at the top of herlungs and hanging out of the drive thru window like the baboon she is. like i literally could have just pulled up to the nextwindow, AS I WAS GOING TO DO TO GET MY FOOD. i feel bad for every employee that this c*nt will ever work with. Ordered on the Wendy?s website for delivery for a family of 5. Didn?t receive 1-$4 breakfast sandwich. Called the store and... spoke to a manager who said I couldn?t come pick up the sandwich, my only option was to dispute the charge. Looked all over thesite for a way to do this, couldn?t find it. Called again and asked how to do it, he had no idea-he doesn?t have the app, hesaid. Is this how Wendy?s makes their money? Charging people, not giving everything they ordered, and telling them to disputethe charge without actually giving them a way to dispute the charge? I believe that is considered theft.
