Asked for a toasted bagel with peppered bacon (as described) egg and cheese. What I received was a mushy bagel, rubbery bacon... with a smoke flavoring added, I guess to make it taste more like bacon? Not at all what I expected and definitely not worth the$15 I paid. Picked up a bagel bundle yesterday and asked if they could toast one for me to eat on the run. They said no, not unless I buy... another bagel separate from the bundle. Are you kidding me?!?! It?s not like I asked for 4/5 of the bundle to be toasted. Then Igot home and ALL the bagels were in one bag. They mixed onion, everything, blueberry etc all together!! My blueberry bagels haveonion chips all over them. When I called to tell them about it the manager said we only separate them upon request. Sincewhen?!?! I?m pretty sure decent customer service would be to at least separate seasoned from others. She said I could bring themback and they give me fresh ones, no apology. I live 6 miles away, not exactly around the corner. Also many of them seemed oldand deflated like they had been smashed or frozen. I used to love this location but they have definitely gone downhill.
