Went through the drive thru and immediately went back through for a refund because the sandwiches were ice cold. As someone who... works at Chick-fil-A and makes chicken sandwiches all day, I literally have no idea how you would make the sandwiches be thatcold without putting them in a fridge or leaving it out on the counter for hours, so what they were trying to serve us clearlywasn?t kept within a safe temperature range to eat. The woman at the window also had an attitude as soon as we pulled up, whenwe weren?t rude at all, just asked for a refund and said we didn?t want to wait the 6+ minutes they said it would take for newsandwiches. The audacity of them trying to sell unsafe food and then not even apologizing when we wanted a refund is crazy?Iwould stay away, at least on night shifts for sure. Read more

I love the food, but the service is iffy at best. You never know if the dining room will be open or not, and sometimes the whole... restaurant closes early with no warning. There's almost always a long wait, even though I always order ahead. If you ordertakeout or drive through, be sure to check your food before you leave. On at least two occasions, I've gotten home to discovermissing items. The people usually seem polite and friendly, but just so slow. Read more
Went there for my 11 year old son, and he has health problems, all the boy wanted was a chicken breast and a wing. They only had... spicy with the exception of 3 regular wings. They said they were JUST dropping more chicken, and it would be 15-20 minutes. Theyhad to have known that they were running out. Just saying, they need to be more prepared.
