Very disappointed. I?d heard good things about this place so decided to pick up some sandwiches for dinner. Mine was supposed to... be brisket while my husband?s was corned beef in a Reuben. I had a terrible experience; the waitress was acting very strange he and the other cooks kept mean mugging and staring at me for... some strange odd reason, and made me feel un welcomed, then I caught one of the cooks acting suspicious, looking around, blocking me from seeing what he was putting in my food; who happened to be the Manager on shift Named Dan or Dave. I askedfor the owners phone, and the manager displayed non-verbal reluctance, I called the owner (Anthony) to try to relay whathappened. He questioned how i get his number. I ordered the #1 east side sandwich and I was unsatisfied with my order the manager and... cook on duty were very blunt and nonchalant about my issues with the order. They would not accommodate in any way. Not a refund,a remake, or a substitution. They did not care I spent my hard earned money here for lunch. They gladly took my money and wererude about me being dissatisfied. It?s really upsetting because the owner is very friendly and cares about his craft, and thisis how his workers act when he is not around.
