We haven't been to Chili's for several months and probably won't make it a point to return anytime soon. Didn't seem to be busy,... plenty of staff, but service was unusually slow. The food was pretty bland and getting a refill on drinks was pointless toattempt. Paying the bill was a chore, as well. Just overall a pretty blah dining experience. Read more

The service and atmosphere is great but the food is consistently getting worse. They couldn't even spare some butter for a corn... on the cob. Recently gave this place another chance. The boneless wings were cold and had no buffalo sauce on them and thesilverware was dirty. The prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. I'm done with this place. Read more

One of the worst dining experiences I have endured. Arrived around 5:30pm with my 3 children and my Mother. Was seated fairly... quick. Then it was 40 minutes before we finally got the waitresses attention and ordered our drinks and food at this time seeingwe have already been there for close to a hour. Waitress came back 15 minutes later, asking us for our order again, stating thatour order did not go through the first time. When our food finally arrived it was wrong. It was corrected but had to wait againfor clean silverware because we were initially given dirty silverware with crusted on food which was very unappetizing. Our billwas also incorrect with additional items added that we did not order or receive. Informed waitress and she informed me that shewill let the manager Tasha know because she is the only one who could correct it on the bill. At this point we just wanted topay and leave. All three kids were getting ansy because we have been there almost 3 hours. Waitress was speaking with a coworkerand over heard them that they could not find manager Tasha and did not know where she was. My Mother and children are waiting inthe vehicle and nearly 20 minutes go by without paying yet or even seeing the manager. The manager appeared and I was able topay the correct total. I also made the manager aware of our service/visit tonight in hopes that it could help so the issues canbe correct for future customers . She apologized and pushed the issues onto the waitress, claiming she was having an off day. Istated that it seemed like our waitress was trying, was kind and polite the entire time. I also received a gift card for ournext visit but it is highly unlikely we will return. Read more

This place actually owes me a star, that is how awful it is. Ryan was our server, he had 1 other table. It took us 20 minutes... just to get our drinks. We got seated at 5:30, the sodas an water came at 5:50. We got our chips and salsa at 6:20. Ourorders were taken at 6:45, the adults got their food around 7:15. The kids did not get their meals because Ryan forgot to putthem in. The Manager said that it was an error with Ryan's tablet. 3 out of the 4 kids got their meals around 8. My oldestdaughter did not get her*s because Ryan forgot to put it in. My oldest daughter's meal came out at 8:20 and they had the orderwrong. To top it off, Ryan over charged us. We did not leave until 9:15., This was my worst dining experience EVER. Read more

The only reason they get 2 stars is because the manager comped our whole meal. Well half the restaurant was empty but it was... still a 25 min wait that actually took 35 min. When we were finally seated it took 15 min before our server Emily came to ourtable. She asked for our drink order, didn't bring water, and then tried to get us to order chips, which aren't free, we thenhad to tell her the appetizer we wanted since she didn't actually ask. Emily then took another 10 min to come back to blame thenew bar tender on the slow service before then leaving without asking how we are doing. When our appetizer came out our firstdrink came but not my beer since they had to tap a new keg. We were halfway done with our app before my replacement beer wasdropped off and again the server never asked how we were doing. When the food came out my ribs didn't have the street corn likeit said on the menu, just normal corn, when I asked about it they said that I could get street corn for an upcharge. Also theribs were dry and the fries under cooked. I only ate a little bit and when the server brought another drink she AGAIN didn't askhow we were doing before running away. At about this point a five top next to us got up and left while announcing to everyonearound that they had been waiting for 20 minutes and no server had come to their table. When we were finally done our servercame back for only the fourth time to make sure I knew that the beers were taken off due to The keg incident. As she was turningaround to leave, as an afterthought, she finally asked how everything was, I called her out on the corn and told her I wasn'thappy so she went and got the manager. After explaining to the manager how the service and food was she then comped our meal. Iunderstand that these times are really hard especially for restaurants.
