It's McDonald's so food is pretty much like every other McDonald's. No complaints on the front. When it comes to customer... service, however, the new model of kiosks without employees up front doesn't work very well. There was an error with my orderand stood at the counter watching employees in the back goofing around. Nobody was paying any attention to the front counter. Ittook them close to a minute to realize I was standing there and that was after another employee said "hey guys, front counter"and then they continued to finish their conversation before coming up front. Just stopped by at 4am on my way home after a long day at work without having a chance to eat something earlier than that. I... ordered one double 1/4lb burger with cheese combo. The fries were soooo salty that you could start a fire in your car. They werecold and uneatable, even some ketchup didn't help to "hide" the saltiness. The only thing that I really liked is the sweeth icedtea. I understand that the staff at McDonald's are tired and working late when they could be home, but I don't get how come thefries were so salty, my husband ankles started to fill like a burning sensation almost right after having some fries. The worst customer service I ever had. They gave a single quarter burger when I ordered for double with the packet saying double... and didn?t give the drinks first. I took a bite and felt something wrong and found it was single quarter burger. They have mewait for 15 more minutes and asking two times to get me my burger. I called up for the manager and in between the burger camean said ?excuse me can I hep you? as if he had resolved the issue. I asked I have to ask two time and wait for 15 minutes to getmy burger and is this how you serve customers? He said casually sometime when they are busy.
