Let's start with a pitiful rude attitude of the young lady working when I walked in. No smile, no Hi can i help you. She was... just walking back-and-forth taking care of a call in order with a disgusted look on her face , probably angry that she has to doher job. I take care of my 91 year old grandmother and have come here repeatedly and got the 3" kids sandwich for her in a spicyItalian. Tonight the rude little girl behind the counter refused to give me a spicy Italian in a 3" kids sandwich she said youcan only have ham or turkey. I explained to her that I've ordered a 3" spicy itialian time for my grandmother many times. As amatter of fact that's all I've ever gotten for my grandmother, as I said she is 91 and cannot eat a 6" sandwich. This is NOT the1st time I've been given an attitude from this employee. If you cannot handle the complexities of making a sandwich withoutgiving the customer you know the people that make it possible for you to receive a paycheck an attitude its time to find a newjob child. Grow up, It's no wonder the 1 star reviews dominate this location. So long story short I did not get what I camefor I will not spend money with rude people that do not even deserve to have a job. Worst restaurant in town! I tried to get subway tonight and left empty handed. For the 4th time in a month in a half. 1st time... called and asked how late they were open, drove there and they were closed by the time we got there even though they had justtold us they'd be open for an hour longer. 2nd and 3rd time they were completely out of bread. Tonight I was standing in line(for long enough to call home and ask everyone what they wanted to eat) when the employee held her hands up and yelled to thecustomers waiting that she wasn't making anymore sandwiches except the ones already ordered online. Starting to think the ownersdon't actually want business, I've been turned away too many times in the last month for it to be coincidence and I'm sure I'mnot the only one who has had this experience, I certainly wasn't the only one tonight. If the owners cared about their customersand their business they wouldn't allow this to continue. Read more

Absolutely worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The manager is extremely rude. I couldn't imagine what it would be... like to work with her. I will say the younger kids who work here are extremely nice but you can tell they are nervous aroundher. I have only been here 2 times and each time I was here they didn't put any meat in my wrap or my sandwich. When I called Iwas told I would get a refund (I never got this) and they were going to send me vouchers for their mistake (Also never gotthese). This subway is usually really messy, I never get what I order and I get treated awful when I come in. I will not bereturning to this subway and would recommend most people avoid it as well. Read more
