After a long day of flying, we were hungry and made a quick trip through the drive-thru at the local McDonalds in Shalimar. It... was after 11pm by the time we were able to get some food and this really was the only place open late near our destination. Weordered the typical McDonalds food and while my burger was fresh, my wife's Quarter Pounder was dry and didn't have much flavor.The order was fast but the customer service was poor. Read more
Been through the drive-thru 7 times so far and they haven't given my order correctly a single time. Most recently got a #1 and a... double cheeseburger with a water and I didn't get my double cheeseburger or my fries. The simplest order and they failed. Nevergoing back. Don't recommend. I usually don't care for the lame and some times rude service I get at this McDonald's but today I have to give a HUGE shout out... to TRACEY because she gave me the kindest, warmest, funniest and most pleasant customer service!!
