This one of the most sloppy Chipotle restaurants I have visited all their ingredients are just mixed together for poor scooping... not carrying if other things drop in with different things. Employees didn't seem to care much about anything talking with eachother goofing off while people waiting to order. Read more
Placed order for 11:20 at 10:40. Could of went threw the line to get my order faster. 34 customers came and went after I was... there. Poor service, what happen to first come first serve. Had a sign on the door saying they were only taking online orders. Since I had one I knocked on the door (which was locked).... There was a manager and worker sitting in the dining room eating. They both looked right at me, so I pointed to my phone so theyknew I had an order. They ignored me and continued to eat and talk. So I knocked again and waited, still ignored me. I tried tocall the store but there was no way to get connected to a human (only a bot). I knocked one last time and the worker finallydecided to acknowledge my existence. I work near here so I've tried to go here pretty frequently. I say "tried" because they are often closed in the middle of the... day or limited to online order only. When they are open the staff always act like it's their first day. They move slowly, theydon't portion things out very well, and most of the time they can't wrap a burrito to save their lives. My burrito usually comesout looking like a sad baseball. On top of that it seems like something is broken or they've run out of something every time Igo in. There's a lot of Chipotles around this area, if you're really set on Chipotle go to one of those locations instead. Read more
