Excellent service. The pulled pork sandwich was very good and the fries were excellent. The fries had salt, pepper, and garlic... powder on them. I thought it was excellent taste, some people might dislike the bite.. Price was average for the area. Highlyrecommended. Read more
Great service. Great food. At a conference at Antietam and Captain Benders was recommended. It was great. I had the Crab... cake chicken sandwich my buddy had the pretzels and French Onion soup. The Tavern provided a much needed respit for 2 passersby's looking for a good meal in a comfortable atmosphere. The roast beef... sandwich and fries were extrordinary. There was live music. The staff was pleasant and very attentive. I will definitelyreturn when I'm back in the area. Read more
