me and my grandma left around 9 and decided to get breakfast today before leaving. and when we got there(mind you they were... open, checked online and the front door where the times are) all the lights in the building were off, the drive through screenlooked weird and glitched. we normally come here once a year while visiting family. weird how today it wasn?t open at all. I've been to my share of Taco Bells in differnt areas, and states, in my life so far. I've come to the one in Shawano here... about once every 2 or 3 months. Slowest service imaginable. Ordered at the kiosk inside since they wouldn't take orders at the counter (but they have a guy... standing there to tell you to use the kiosk instead of going to him). Took 25 minutes to get our order of 6 items for twopeople. Read more
My friend and I ordered at the same time on the kiosks, we were two of three people in the lobby, and she got her food within... ten minutes. I waited 40. When I went and asked about my food since I had been waiting for 30 minutes at that time, the personworking said they?ll get to it when they get to it. Kind of rude but okay.
