We ordered through the app to go by quicker... Not only the order was not ready 10 minutes after the predicted time, they began... preparing our food the moment we arrived at the restaurant, and we have been served 20 minutes after arriving there. You wouldunderstand if there were many people inside but there were barely any people dining in and there were 5 staff from Chipotle.This is one of the worst Chipotles I've ever been to, I'd advise you to avoid going. I don?t usually review chain restaurants, but I feel compelled to do so when the place violates basic public health practices.... Before I ordered my food, the young lady working at the counter was helping someone else. With sanitary gloves on her hands, shedished out a burrito bowl and then went to the cash register to ring up the order. The customer paid in cash, and the youngcounter lady took the money in her gloved hands and put it in the cash register. She didn?t bother changing her gloves beforeshe took my burrito bowl order. When she got to the cheese, she scooped up a handful with the same hand that handled the money.When I told her that was unsanitary and she should have changed her gloves, she gave me a befuddled look and said, ?We can?tchange our gloves after every order.? Shocking. Almost all the tables in the place were dirty, and it was difficult to find aplace to sit. The trash can was overflowing. The staff was obviously poorly trained. I used to be a big fan of Chipotle andeven purchased the company?s stock during its public health crisis. My experience was disappointing. It?s surprising that afterall the trouble Chipotle has had with people getting sick at its restaurant, the staff wouldn?t be trained better. Read more

I ordered a Chicken bowl w/2 sides of medium Side of guacamole & large chips & salsa Everything was going fine it was me & 1... other person in the store at the time. So at check out I had a free bowl I had earned with my points & a free guacamole thatChipotle had given me. So I decided I'm going to use them. Well at check out was having problems with the app doing my guacamolereward & free bowl that I had earned for eating at Chipotle so much. So I told the lady go help the guy waiting & I'll get thisup and going so she did. But little did I know that for some reason which I didn't catch she was charging me for 2 salsas at$1.55 originally but I guess gotten frustrated when she found out I was using my free stuff that Chipotle had awarded me andchanged it to Charging me for 3 salsas at the price of $4.65 & when I called her out on it she told me you only get 1 ok thenwhy you charging me for 3 salsas. When I shouldn't be charged for any. Don't salsa come with chips & salsa it states it on themenu & can I not get my salsa on the side of my bowl instead of them just slipping it to 1 side of the bowl.
