Every time I walk into Johnson?s bakery I feel at home. The smell of fresh bakery is astounding. Some of the workers are still... there from when I was a kid and it is amazing how some things never change. I love the atmosphere and the café style inside.Very nice to remember the good ole days!!! Nice local bakery with daily freshly baked items serving the local community and visitors to Sheboygan! Wonderful that they are... open early and have fresh coffee ready! They do have espresso drinks, if you like your coffee bold and strong make sure you geta shot of espresso added to it! Went to Johnstons because I felt up for a sweet breakfast and it did not disappoint! The building itself is a nice little... establishment and has a nice decor to it, it's a bit different but easy to move around in and very clean. The service waspretty good to, very polite and patient! The selection of wares was pretty big and tasty if I do say so myself. I've been coming here since I was a child, long before the remodel of 15 or 20 years ago. This place actually invented the... Sheboygan hard roll, so if it weren't for them we'd still be putting our brats on hot dog buns like they do in M*lwaukee. Achilling thought if there ever was one.
