Visited three times since Nov 1st. Had the Peppermint mochas 2x of the 3. Today's was like luke warm cocoa. No mint. I had a... free bday drink that was wasted too. They made a 3rd medium for no reason and charged me on my app. When we ordered 2, and 1 wasmy bday drink (free). Ridiculous and tried explaining to the counter help. I?m not a Starbucks regular honestly. It?s a special thing when I go. The line was long, but that?s just how it is everywhere... now. I thought the worker at the window was very friendly and polite. We got 2 drinks and they were both hot and made properly.We also got 3 cookies and they were fresh. Good enough for me! Read more
