I will never eat here again. I had an issue with an online order. When I came into the establishment I walked into an argument... with the manager loudly cussing a patron out. Then when I asked about my order she began to get rude and snapping off with me.She then demanded another member of the staff to come deal with it. This is no way to handle a customer facing business and shedefinitely does not need to have a job let alone a leadership role. Read more
Lots of tvs but not enough staff. The bartender was working her butt off, she needed help. The gal at the front was worthless.... We gave her our name and she said 5 to 10 minutes. One person in front. We said we'd be at the bar. 20 minutes later my wifegoes back to the front (15 feet away) and asks about the table. She never put out name down. Another 25 minutes passes. Wifegoes back to desk and asks if we could have one of 3 tables because it would show both games we were interested in. 2 of the 3tables we needed were empty the entire time we were there. Over 3 hours. The redhead gal at the front said it doesn't work thatway. They had to go in order of the waitresses. Empty tables all over. After an hour we decided to order food from the bar.Since the bartender also had those tables. They never gave us a table and those 2 tables were never occupied. Another woman wascomplaining about the same thing. My wife and her eventually sat down at one of those tables in the 4th quarter of the game. Itwas the first weekend of the NFL season. Zaxbys is good but no-where near as good as Canes. My toast wasn't toasted and the bread was just dipped in butter and thrown... in a bag. I wish the teenagers working cared more about the final delivered product. Overall meal was decent but needsimprovement. Read more
Food was very good. They do charge extra for sauces and charged me $2.99 to substitute a salad for fries. I get it but at least... let the customer know 1st so it's not a $6 surprise when you get the bill and I can decide if I want the sauces and substitutemy salad. Read more

We were in North Carolina visiting some friends and my friend suggested this place. The food was very good. The pretzel bites... were amazing, we got two orders. My husband got a wrap, I got a burger, my son got chicken tenders. I can't remember what myother two kids got, but none of us had any complaints. We will definitely come back next time we visit!
