The restaurant is clean and the food is good as you expect from a Wendy's franchise. However there are staff sat outside... smoking on their break making me wonder if they wash their hands when they go back to making food. Also I was the only personin line and I had to ask for a large Frosty (that I had ordered) instead of the small they wanted to give me. Maybe they didn'thear my order clearly, maybe they weren't listening. Either way, there are some things that the management can easily do toimprove the customer experience at this Wendy's. The staff taking the order could use full sentences instead of stunted phraseswhen ordering. Sounding like you care is easy to do and doesn't cost anything. All these things are small in the big scheme oflife but they are the small things that Wendy's managers ought to be caring about. A different visit: I accidentally orderedtwo chocolate frosties and didn't ask for large. I was given small and I realized my mistake. I said I wanted large, offeredto pay the difference but was told I could not be returned/exchanged, but I could buy additional large ones. Not great customerservice. I caused the problem but there was no effort to assist me in rectifying it. Read more

When you ask for fresh fries you will receive fries that you can tell were dip back in the fryer and are very oily they're not... fresh. You will receive hard bread, employees outside smoking a cigarette not just one three or four, watered down pop, verydisrespectful employees. This is happened in the past and they have been pretty good with the fries up until tonight the foodwas hard very rude manager and employees and don't plan on going back. Read more
I showed up pretty late at night probably an hour before closing. Everything seemed pretty smooth at first the lady taking the... order got it 90% right. Paid had me pull forward.
