This location is awful. Zero value across the board. 4 small chicken tenders, some 3 inches in size? Salsa consistency was like... water. I don't know why we gave this place a 3rd try after other disappointing visits but we will never be back. Read more

If I could rate this a zero, I would. We showed up there for a family dinner. We said "we have a party of 11" and we're met with... "I don't want a table this big" by the server. Another server with pink hair walks up and starts taking our drink order when theserver who said she didn't want our table got into an argument with the server who was at least trying to help. After theyfigured out who was going to help our table, we were told we couldn't separate the checks because she didn't know how. Ok, fine,that was the least of our worries. We finally get drinks served and another server asked if we needed anything else. When weasked for an appetizer, she said "I'm not your server, can I get you anything else?". Why even ask if she wasn't planning onhelping us. She lingered around the table bringing waters we didn't need and basically said she was leaving them there becauseshe went and got them. We asked about the type of beer on tap and got an "I have no idea" answer. The food was finally broughtout to us by a nice man in the kitchen. He was the only one who was nice. The entire experience was a complete nightmare withthe most rude servers I'd ever encountered. Being short staffed is zero excuse to treat the only people in the restaurantpoorly. I'll never recommend anyone with a pulse to eat at that location and I'll never spend another penny in that franchise. Read more

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. I've hears good things about Chili's so me and my 95 year old grandma came to... try it. She told them she was legally blind and they gave her a raw steak when she asked for medium well and when she askedthem to fix their mistake. They tried charging us for 2 steaks. The worst service I've ever experienced. Won't be back turnedme off of Chili's. I'd rather go to a steakhouse. Better service and better food Read more
