We took our mom here for Mother?s Day and regretted every minute of it. We received our drinks fairly quickly and a basket of... bread but when it came to the food the wait was horribly long. We finally got our appetizers about 30 minutes of waiting. Thenanother 30 minutes later salads came out. Then after a long almost 45 minutes later our meals came out. You would think the mealwas going to be amazing waiting that long but we were very disappointed. Small portions for the prices. Flavor was not good.They give you meat and no sides. We were never checked on to see if we needed anything. Never offered a dessert menu. Weordered chicken parmigiana veal parmigiana and ziti with meatballs. The only thing I can say about that place was the bread wasgood. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I also would like to add it was not busy in there and I actually got up towalk around to see if there was possibly a large party in the back and that?s why it was taking so long and there wasn?t. There are not enough words to say how INCREDIBLE this special place is! Marcello, Alyssa and Jonathan are on top of EVERYTHING!... My husband and I are here just about every Saturday night relaxing and enjoying absolutely every single moment. The ClamsOreganata are OUT OF THIS WORLD! This was our first time here. It was recommended by family who live in the area. There was 7 of us. My son found a live stink... bug crawling around in his salad. We called the waiter over and he confirmed it was a stink bug. He acted like it was no bigdeal. He took the salad away and didn?t charge us. Did not offer an alternative. No manager visited the table. We were shockedat the lack of professionalism regarding a really disgusting incident. We didn?t want compensation, just acknowledgment and asincere apology.
