I enjoy the food when I was able to pick it up. Deliveries are sketchy. I ordered with my coworkers for breakfast. The driver... was unable to locate the building 3 blocks over. I told him I was on the clock too and could not stand outside guiding him foras long as it was taking him. I told him I needed to go back and asked if I should cancel the order. He called me names and toldme to cancel the order. Focaccia?s refused to refund me and told me I needed to call the driver to cancel the order. I only gave1 star because 0 stars was not an option. The manager ?Ben? actually seemed to get less respectful with my speech impediment.Good food doesn?t come from nasty attitudes. Read more
This place has such delicious food and great customer service. You get fresh food that?s better quality, also at the same price... of Panera bread and Starbucks. They have amazing beverages as well. I will definitely be coming here more often. Read more
