Tried to go twice now only to find out well after they were meant to be open that they would be closed for the day. Edit: Thank... you to the owners for the information about the temporary closure. Totally understandable, and we are looking forward to tryingyour pizza and shave ice when you reopen. Read more

I ordered a half/half za and garlic bombs and everything was absolutely stellar! The right amount of sauce, good amount of... toppings and the crust...12/10!!! Thin, flavorful, with the perfect amount of chew to it. And their pizzas are wood fired so youget a little char on the crust without a burnt flavor. Highly recommend!!! Can't wait to go back and try some of their specialtypies. So happy this place was recommended to me - I didn't know we had a better pizza option in Shelton! Tell everyone!!! Read more

Awesome! We ordered online, super easy. They'll text/call you if they can make the order faster, and keep you appraised of the... status of the order. Online estimates were for 45-50 minutes, but mine could have been one in less than 30. For folks lookingfor gluten free- they have a keto option. It's mushrooms and cheese melted and crispy, then the toppings you choose are added, and it sis baked again. Very very tasty, and not dry or crumbly or poster board bland like many gluten free crusts orcauliflower crusts. Fresh ingredients, the sausage crumbles were savory, the red sauce did not taste like tomato paste anddespair, nor did it taste like spaghetti sauce slathered on there. Was nice, bright, herby, and delicious. I don't normally doreviews, but these guys rock. Oh, and they are super nice, too! Read more

First off, I just found BF&I and I am so very sorry it took me so long. I got two pies (dirty skirted, which means a light touch... of char), and a bunch of Bomb Bomb garlic knots. WOW. Fan. Tas. Tic. I come from the east coast and grew up with veryparticular pizza style. While these pizzas weren't the grease slices of my youth (arguably a good thing!), they were, however,EXCELLENT. It was a treat to watch my pie be carefully turned and cooked in the very hot oven by a chef who obviously knew whatshe was doing, it was even more of a treat to eat the pizzas. The ingredients blend very well together, though I think we chosea very sweet pie to try for the first time (The caramelized onion one, which is also very good, but sweet) and the marinaradipping sauce is also pretty sweet tasting, too. It counters and complements the parmesan cheese and "everything but the bagel"topping used on the bomb bombs... which I could happily eat a bucket of. But by itself, the marinara is not the flavor star ofthe meal... but who just eats sauce alone? It's meant to be dipped in! And it adds to the meal quite nicely. Seriously goodpizza and excellent dough, baked by experts who know their oven quite well. BF&I is our new favorite. THANKS BF&I TEAM! Yourpizza is amazing! Read more
