What an awesome place Shelton needs more of these places that liven up the town with great food and great atmosphere. Had a... burger and HAD to try the corn beef and cabbage at an Irish place both were fantastic. The cabbage was a little bland, but thecorn beef melted in your mouth. Our waitress was named Renee, and upsold is on the soda bread, which was what did it for me.Definitely worth a couple bucks for the bread and garlic butter. All the staff was fantastic! in fact I had a great conversationwith one staff about what wac he used in his mustache so that was really cool! Over all a definite win and will be going back totry other items and great atmosphere. Read more
We went here for the first time tonight and wow! We will be back to try everything on the menu. I had the corned beef and... cabbage and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. Husband had the shepherds pie and loved it. So glad this is in Shelton!Wilde onion was awesome too! Read more
Best place in town, hands down, no question about it. Food was stellar, traditional, Irish comfort food. The bartender is a joy... to talk to and to watch mix drinks. And the ambiance of the place is cozy. Highly, highly recommend. My only complaint was thatit felt a tad too warm inside but certainly not worth taking a star away. But seeing as I\'m a menopausal woman, that could havebeen entirely on me!\n\nWe will be back.\n\nI would have taken a picture of the bangers and mash but my date had startedgreedily cutting it in half and shoving it on to my plate before I could do so. Seriously the best food and service ever. Get the pork belly lollipops. They could just sell that, even. But everything has been... amazing. For a drink, get the bees knees. Owners come around and greet you, ask how things are. Just such a pleasant experience.Hands down favorite new place! Read more
