First off, I would like to say I am very disappointed. The Pappasito’s I normally visit is located is near W Airtex BLVD.... We’ve visited there several times and was grateful. Today was our first time visiting here in Shenandoah. The queso cheese dipwas so thick it’ll make you choke. The chips were very fresh. The tacos were horrible. They had no taste, the chicken was dry,the beef wasn’t seasoned, and the rice was nasty. The other plate was the chicken quesadilla and a taco. It was dry and had notaste. This place really disappointed me. It’s clear to me that the Pappasitos are not consistent with each other. It’s likeI went to a totally different restaraunt. Forgot to mention, I ordered the Large Platinum margarita. It was so tart, I had totell the bar tender to add some sort of sweetener in it. They tried to make it right but it was so tart they just fixed meanother drink. Our waitress was very nice and professional. She went to the back and fixed another drink for us. I could barelytaste liquor in the margarita. I will not visit this Pappasito’s again. I am very disappointed. I will be going back to theone on Airtex though. Read more
We're from Waco and finally had the chance to eat at a Pappasito's after hearing an endless amount of rave reviews. This place... did not disappoint. We checked in from our phone, so when we arrived we had a very short wait. Our waitress was extremelyfriendly and our food was brought out after a short wait. The food was as expected, absolutely delicious. We were also treatedto some live background music and my son even got a balloon animal. A truly unique experience. Read more

Service started off slow but ended up picking up. Gabby brought us our food and she was awesome. Quality of food was good.
