We visited because we knew it was balloon feista weekend. And we knew everything in sussex would be busy... we were there for... breakfast. I was with my husband, son and daughter in law. It took forever to get the server's attention.. coffee was ordered,no cream or sugar in site.. after ten mins she brought that.. but then no utensils. So she comes to take our order after about ahalf hour. Another half hour to get the food( only about 15 people in the restaurant). Food was just....ok..plain ,bland and notreally very big portions... for what we paid.. my husband and I paid nearly 40$ and my son and dil paid 50!! Recently stopped in for a meal after our trip along the Fundy Trail, which was spectacular. Had a chat with owner Larry Adair... who I hadn't seen for several years. Our meal was all homemade and delicious as always. Our waitress was awesome and she took our order without writing it down....impressive. couldn't resist the excellent homemade pie.
