Ordered delivery. Bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. The bun and patty were burnt to a crisp. Southwest egg rolls were nasty, no... crunch, just a soggy undercooked frozen disaster. Club sandwich and strawberry milkshake were halfway decent. I'd be embarrassedto work there. Read more
We were sitting there for 50 minutes waiting for our drink and order to be taken and no one came to us. There were three workers... and they were just chatting with each other behind us and kept looking at us. We decided to leave because it was taking so longand they caught an attitude with my sister when she was alone. Horrible place. I do recommend this place if you want to sitthere for a few hours. Just keeps getting worse with every visit! The food is so bad, and the service is even worse. Cooked meats (BBQ, grilled... chicken) come out cold! Waitress brought out BBQ plate and brought out the sauce after we requested it, sauce bottle wasunsanitary looking so we had to request another bottle! It?s seems like they hire kitchen staff and servers without properlytraining them! We are done after this last time for sure. 1 star is for the beer, it?s cold! Read more

Awful experience.. Went on a slow Friday night around 5:45. We sat for about 5-10 minutes before being greeted. Once we gave our... drink order it took about 10-15 minutes to get our bar drinks. Our entrees came out before our appetizer and the manager said hewould take it off the bill. I ordered the BBQ plate which was a HUGE mistake. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order the BBQ plate. Oneof my sides was incorrect and after receiving the correct side, there was a giant hair in it. Save your money and eat somewhereelse. The service was also awful. I am a server myself and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I understand accidentshappen and people get busy but we had a clear view the entire time of our server who was either busy talking to friends or onher phone.
