I will admit, I was rude to the manager on duty (Reina) due to a missing item and i spoke with her on the phone. She remained... very professional and polite. I apologized when I saw her and she still remained professional. Even though there was an itemmissing (Reina replaced it), I'm still giving 5 stars due to her positive attitude and understanding. This one's hit and miss, but whoever is serving is often slippery with their methods. They will either skimp or load up your... plate with rice or other cheap foods in order to make it look like you got what you paid for.
