I most definitely would like to share my experience this morning, I am in a manager position for 6 years now in retail/customer... service and I must say this morning I by far had my best experience ever with sonic!!! I was running behind but definitelyneeded some coffee and breakfast and wanted to pick up something for myself, my husband, and my other employee to get us throughthe morning that?s what these guys did! They didn?t just get us taken care of, it was the quickest service I have everexperienced in my and my car hop was a pleasure, as I left, I decided to turn around and tip the cook and give them kudos aswell, sorry to the cook I didn?t have more cash in my wallet because when I say they did a wonderful job, I definitely wouldn?thave tipped a lot more for the amazing service I was given!!! Don't eat here! Horrible! Coney was hard and chewy. The tenders I ordered were cold and tots were undercooked. Also ordered a... shake it came to me hot and thin like strawberry water. Completely disgusting! Don't waste your money here! Read more

My order is almost always great but this day it was horrible food was all cold the lettuce on the jalapeño burger was wilted... and mushy tater tots were stale and cold the cheddar pepper cheese was melted and back cold again and the hot dog chili was coldand I only live 1 minute from Sonic so it had to have been pre-made and sitting out but as I said this is not how it normally isso i will go back for a try Read more
