Cost me almost $100 for three take-out pizzas that were completely burnt and tasted like charcoal, unpalatable. Moreover, one of... them was the wrong pizza (ordered margherita, but got "kids cheese"). But the staff in the kitchen sure had a good timegalloping around. Pure incompetence. I have been wanting to try Pizzana for a while. First, you are paying for quality ingredients. Second, multiple people can share... a pizza, but everything depends on how hungry you are. Third, it is a great place to go off hours. My wife and I went here atlunch time on a Wednesday. I actually prefer ultra thin crust pizza, and I particularly liked the way their pizza looked andtasted. There was an appropriate amount of char on the crust and on the undercarriage. All ingredients on the pizza, includingthe crust, worked together and no one ingredient overpowered the other.
