Yesterday morning, March 15, I got chicken caprese panini and strawberry acai refresher. By lunchtime I felt that I was getting... sick. I got severe pain and intoxication. Spent all the time between the toilet and the bed with chills and fever. I had tocancel all my affairs and still can not come to my normal routine. I asked them multiple times (I work in the mall) to please stop putting my cake pops in bags with my hot items. I keep receiving... melted cake pops due to this issue but I continue to order them because i enjoy a sweet (yet melted) treat. Read more
Normally I'd be able to forgive many things being at a coffee Starbucks at an airport at 6ish in the morning. Where I draw the... line is being unable to order a basic drink with ZERO customization added and having the person either say they "they don't dothat" or "I don't know what that is" even after showing the exact item on their OWN app. Every other Starbucks that I've beento ever has had zero issues making what is possibly one of the most basic drinks that are explicitly listed on their standardmenu. The only time I've ever been to a Starbucks where they couldn't make the drink was when they were out of the necessaryitems to make the drink. I was then asked to order something else. How I went from initially wanting a basic iced cafe mocha tosomehow walking away with a cold brew with sweet cream is beyond me. 2 stars only because I got something at all with caffeinein it. Also it's fair to state that the lady in front of me ordered some multi ingredient monstrosity of a drink and she somehowwas able to order that from the same person with zero issues. If you're at terminal 6 Alaska, the Starbucks just after TSAchecking, don't be alarmed when someone has no idea what your drink is, how to make it, has no idea where to find it on theregister despite it being a default drink, then suggests you order something else that you otherwise had no intention ofordering in the first place.
