Crew is more concerned with chit-chatting with their friends who come through than doing their job. There's a time and place for... that, which is not when there is a line behind them who are being unnecessarily and inconsiderately kept waiting. 2ndencounter, same kid the crew is more interested in chatting with and ignoring their other customers as before. One team memberattempted to justify the situation saying it's because there was a car ahead of him (the friend). 1st experience was at thewindow, no other cars ahead, so that excuse doesn't fly. Worst location, won't be coming back regardless of it being closer thanmy preferred store in Tualatin. Nothing wrong with chatting with a friend while at work, but very unprofessional when it's atthe expense of helping your other customers. Read more
