What can I say, I really enjoy Panera Bread. A few months ago I joined their unlimited sip club and make it a point to stop... quite often to get myself a hot tea, iced coffee or charged lemonade. Yum! I love their broccoli cheddar soup and their breadbowls. I love their southwest chicken sandwich. I love their macaroni grilled cheese. I also enjoy their cookies and bagelsand?. This Panera location is sometimes ok but a lot of times the customer service is really bad . Today I got 2 cinnamon bagels with... cream cheese . When I got home one of the cream cheeses was curdled and tasted bad . I went back to Panera and told the femaleat the speaker what had happened and could I get a new bagel and cream cheese. She said yes , so I pulled around to the window . She greeted me with an attitude and said that the cream cheese that they have still have a good by date 2 months out and thatthey shouldn't be bad . I told her the cream cheese was lumpy and tasted extra sour . I handed her the bagel and cream cheese inthe bag it came in . She grabbed it and threw it to the side in disgust . I told her I was telling the truth and she didn'tneed to get an attitude with me . Good customer service would of been as so : make the new bagel and cream cheese , apologizefor the inconvenience and send me on my way . But no , let's just accuse the customer of being shady ... I had to drive back outthere to get a new bagel .. yeah I'm going to waste gas to be shady . Sorry I wasted me money here . Read more
