Went on a Saturday for lunch and had about a 20 minute wait. Once they had a table open the service was friendly and quick. We... have allergies in our party and they were happy to accomdate and got everything perfect. Will come back next time we are inSherwood. Edit sent an email as requested two weeks ago no response clearly ignoring customers is what Red Robin does now. Went to... our local Red Robin yesterday after my oldest had stated that we needed to go out to dinner as a family. We were promptly satdown and figured out what we were going to eat from the menus that were provided to us we must have waited about 20 minutes andduring that time no one came to take our order and give us water or even acknowledge that we were sitting at a table. Weunderstand that things are difficult post pandemic and we do understand that at many times there's not enough people and thatthings can be delayed based on the shortages that we have all had to suffer through. And the unfortunate part of our experiencethough is that no one came to acknowledge us or even let us know that things may take a while after waiting 20 plus minutes wejust became tired and left it may be a very long time before we again try to visit a red robin knowing that they just don't seemto care anymore about their customers.
