Good beer selection including 2 porters! Burgers with crispy fries, giant pretzel, bacon in a pint glass, potstickers too! All good.
Delicious cocktails and fantastic food! The crispy blue cheese brussel sprouts were AMAZING! The service was excellent! Went on a pretty busy Friday night and the staff was super friendly and prompt. I?d definitely go here again!
Great spot in Sherwood. Chef Julio does an amazing job with adding creativity to the specials he puts out. Some typical pub fair but some really great seasonal extras. Beer list is also pretty good with in-house and rotating selections. The ?Go-Time? IPA and ?Busted Knuckle? stout are my favorite in-house brews.
Awesome people work there and give amazing service. However twice now ( a year apart) I had the pretzel and beer cheese dip. The pretzel looked and tasted like stale donuts. The dip lacked flavor and was very runny.
Abysmal. The atmosphere is off, the chef is staring at everyone with a particular glare. The pretzel came out in small bits (we were warned) and deep fried?? The dip for the pretzel was very grainy too though it was supposed to be a beer cheese dip, it was closer to clam chowder. The beer was decent enough, but not worth everything else being overpriced and the environment being off. Wouldn?t recommend to even check out.
Was good food and good beer. Nice spot if you?ve got kids playing in the water park across the street.
Absolutely love this place! Great food and amazing ambience! The servers were very friendly. Plenty of parking spots. Definitely worth a visit! Their happy hour is great!
Pretzel was delicious and beer cheese dip was tasty as well. Burgers were cooked well done when asked for medium but still were moist and flavorful. Sign of good quality meat. Asian salad was well executed and had bright flavor. Fries and onion rings were made fresh. Not purchased from a supplier and deep fried. You can tell the food was made there and not just from Food Service of America and heated there which is often the case with some pubs. Waitress was attentive and helpful with our food selection and beer choice. She was the wife of one of the Brewers and was super knowledgeable and told us some of the stories on how the beer recipies and ideas were developed. Owned by some of the same people who own and run Trees in Sherwood which is a great spot for a quality dinner at a reasonable price.
We are in the business of creating memories and smiles. Bring your family into Smockville Brewhouse in Sherwood and allow us to craft memories that will be sure to leave you smiling for weeks.
