We went to try this fondue place because we had heard good things about it. The service was incredibly slow. It took a very long... time to get our orders taken, a very long time in between courses and to get the bill. They almost completely forgot about thesecond course as they had begun bringing out the third course when we prompted them that we didn't get the second. The menu wasvery hard to read. We used the QR code on the table but it was only for the drink menu. The online food menu is much easier toread. All in all, the food was good, but not amazing and it is very over priced for the service they are offering. They alsofailed to communicate the gratuity for a larger group at the time of reservation and when we arrived. We spent 5 hours therewhich is ridiculous for a 5 pm reservation. Read more

Very impressed with this place. Tried it for the first time and it was great. The atmosphere is relaxing and easygoing,... business casual. Staff was great and fun to talk to. Most of the seating has that private booth type of vibe. The food wassome of the best i have tried. Will definitely be back again. Perfect date night spot or just unwind on the weekend. This was one of the best food experiences me and my wife have had in a long time. We met with another couple and spend over 3... hours enjoing their delicious fondue. It started with a king staff seating us and explaining to us the process as it was thefirst time for us at this establishment. After going through the expensive options we selected our choices of food and beveragesand enjoyed our cheese, broth and chocolate fondues. All three were delicious and we even got to take the leftover chocolatehome. :) Highly recommend this for a special occasion type dinner. Read more

Our server Ethan made our belated valentine's day experience absolutely incredible! He told us he was a new server and seemed... like he may have been nervous, but everything was executed perfectly. He checked in with us to make sure we had everything weneeded without hovering, the food was delicious, he accommodated allergies and offered alternatives, and the amount of food forthe price was amazing. This place was way better than Melting Pot! Atmosphere, food, and service. Delayna was such a great server so if you can get in... her section, you will be very happy! So personable and genuine. All of the staff were kind and seemed really happy. My onlycritiques are that they need better sauce options and they need to add banana with the chocolate. It would be nice if they had6 sauce; at least one option for each slot on your plate. We would have also liked some other flavours. Only one sauce reallywent with all the meat options.
