NOTE TO SELF: LEAVE THIS REVIEW UP TO REMIND MYSELF TO NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Ordered a 'chicken queso bowl' and the dimwitted... female behind the counter kept asking me what I wanted. She was barely understandable as well. Ended up with about a pint ofqueso in the bottom of the bowl with a small scoop of rice on top. I gave up. Fortunately, the young man behind the counterasked me if I wanted anything else and I got a small scoop of beans. That's it! The female working the cash register wasCOMPLETELY unintelligible. A second helper clarified things. This place has always been a pathetic disaster. Shows no signs ofimprovement and, under current circumstances, I have no hope. I?ve pretty much had it with this Qdoba location. Every time I order online for pick up, my order is never ready when I arrive... and I have to wait 30+ minutes for it to be done. This time, the same thing happened and my order was handed to someone else.After waiting an additional 20 minutes I finally received my order. Then my steak and chicken quesadilla only had cheese in it.It was flat and burnt. It was not busy and this seems to be a recurring thing. By far the worst Qdoba ever, and maybe the worst restaurant period. Pick up orders are never ready on time. Often pick up orders... will just sit on the counter while you wait and you won?t know it?s actually your order just sitting there until they finallybag it up 7 minutes later. Constantly out of ingredients and menu items. Place is dirty. They start packing up and putting awayingredients an hour before closing time. This place is a joke. First of all Dwayne Rhodes Embarrassed my daughter in front of several staff members & customers...She was an employee. He made... comments about her hair..which is strictly her state of mind...This black male they put in position can't even talk to adults soI know he talks to his staff that are minors crazy..When I called Dwyane about the altercation he began to yell at me beforeeven hearing me out...We have contacted our attorney for further assistance along with calling corporate I bet this Qdoba has ahigh turn over because of Dwayne..He is someone who should work anywhere else besides with the public..He also has relationshipswith staff members & shows favoritism while doing so. .along with flirting on the clock..I wonder if the Owner knows..I know hewill after my attorney contacts him. I tried so hard to be the bigger person but he really don't deserve to be manager..He is aperson who thinks he can manage the world behind since he can prep the kitchen with his little Qdoba manager position..
