Delicious ice cream!!! We all enjoyed our cone! Huckleberry, Summer Peach, Chocolate soft serve, Black Raspberry soft serve ?... all amazing. And the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely stop there again! Read more
What a nice place to get ice cream. It?s quick they?re clean and it?s good. Staff is friendly as well.
After checking out the reviews for various shops/ice cream in Shipshewana, decided to try Mom's and see which reviews give the... better picture...and are we glad we did. When we arrived, there were numerous locals around (always a good sign), and we werequickly asked our choices. I ordered a small waffle bowl (2 dips) with Coconut Almond and Butter Pecan & Cashew, while Juliagot the same size with just the Coconut Almond scoops. We were expecting some small scoops...but when we were called back up,were almost overwhelmed by the amounts...easily 4-5 big scoops! And while we both thought the Butter Pecan was good...if youlike coconut you have to get the Coconut Almond. It was almost sinful! And being from Pittsburgh, we did not think the pricingwas even close to outrageous for the amount we received. We stayed nearby, and drove by Mom's everyday, and it was always busy. The only reason we did not stop in again was to protect our waistlines! :-) But Mom's will definitely become a feature offuture trips to Shipshewana. Read more
