My wife walked in for service while I waited outside. No one behind the glass seemed to care while on their cell phones. We... attempted the drive thru, relealized later their were 2 drive thru. Wife went inside again. When it was all said and done, tall rep and Sidekick were rude, nasty and unprofessional. Wife got refunded in the worst way. She was so bothered by them that shebelieved they were capable of faking the transaction and checked a few days later and Fortunately it went thru. First timehere! Wondered why it was so empty! I've never actually been inside, always used the drive thru even though its a bit of a tight fit if you have a large vehicle.... Prefer these burgers to most fast food and the area is full of fast food. Service usually fast. Fries are awesome. Read more
Very disappointed. I come here about twice a week to buy food for my employees at work. I just started coming here, and parking... lot was very deceiving. Theres a huge pothole in the middle of the parking lot, luckily there was no other cars I was able to goaround. I then pull up to the speaker to order food, and the speaker isn?t working. So went to the window to order food, shakes,and mozzarella sticks. No mozzarella sticks, no shakes or ice cream, and the fries were cold. That was the first time. Secondtime that week I went back, I ordered the same as well, the MOD explained to me that they probably won?t be getting shakes forthe summer because the machine is broken, and they aren?t able to order another one because they haven?t gotten the approval andit?s been months, and again they were out of mozzarella sticks and apparently according to the MOD, are only able to order twoboxes at a time or something like that. So the MOD gave me a coupon to use next time for the Mozzarella sticks. I went backtoday, ordered a bunch of food and went to order mozzarella sticks and again they didn?t have. The general manager needs to doa better job at taking care of this. The customers are going to want shakes for the summer and a nice snack.. as well as thatparking lot needs to be fixed. Very disappointed. Oh and not to mention I paid 2.00 more for a triple burger and I only got adouble.. I would love to contact you but it doesn?t allow me to choose a location. Read more
