I usually go to the Chipotle on the 196th in Lynwood. Not anymore! This location serves good portions, and they have nice staff,... they are so great that they even make sure to fill your side containers all the way to the top! Whenever they aren?t busy, Ialways see one staff member clean the glass and tables, something that RARELY happens at other locations. Cleanliness is veryimportant to me since I dine in most of the time. They also always make sure that napkins and utensils are always stocked. Onething that I noticed about this location though is that it is dark because there only like 2 overhead lights, but I know thatthat?s not the staff?s fault. Besides that awesome location!! Read more
Just stopped in to Chipotle & while I know corporate policy handles Celiac Disease with great caution, this store & specifically... the manager Chelsea was wonderful. When notifying them I have Celiac Disease & asking for a glove change due to my need tominimize cross contamination to prevent the destruction of my digestive systems lining, they immediately jumped in to help theiremployee. They washed hands, used new utensils, pulled from ready food in the back instead of the main food line, and took myhealth needs seriously. The employee who was unsure of the disease, kindly asked me questions with curiosity to learn. I?m awareworking in the food industry can be hard and tiring, but the extra minute for them to care for my health is something I?m trulygrateful for. It?s not everyday that people do that. Read more
Super excited chipotle was opening in Shoreline, but I think I?ll continue to go to the Northgate location even if it?s a little... further from me. After ordering from this location 3 times, the extremely undercooked, crunchy, and unseasoned rice seems to bethe norm. I thought the rice is supposed to have cilantro and lime? Also I?m not sure what?s up with the portions either. I sawanother review mentioning the queso cup being half full, and that has been an issue for me every time as well. Read more

The restaurant look so dark from the outside. It looks like it's closed! Food is really good and fast service. Loved the bowl
