Love the food but this location constantly runs out of their bread in the morning, which means you can't order the majority of... their menu. We have had multiple times where we've done an online order and driven there and discovered it will be a half hourwait while they make more Kitanda bread. Read more
We are regular Kitanda customers. It has become a sort of weekly ritual for us to order their Acai bowls, bread sandwiches and... coffees. I've had Acai bowls elsewhere and to my knowledge, nobody can compete with Kitanda Acai. They're amazingly delicious.The bread sandwiches are consistently tasty and filling and their coffee menu is very good. Highly recommend the BrazilianShake. The only thing I've noticed that is perhaps a reflection of management, is that sometimes the line of communication atthe drive through isn't operating very well. Sometimes the employees seem stressed and confused about what was ordered and bywho. We always try to give them big tips to let them know we appreciate them. Read more

Asked to do a passion fruit frappe. Looks like nobody knows how to do it. In the drive thru picture has a strong yellow colors... like passion fruit. I am Brazilian and know exactly how passion fruit tastes. But they just did a very bad frappe for me. Iunderstand it is not their fault, they are employers. But this review is directly for the general manager from the store. Youreally need to give training for your employers, because in a situation like that, your customer is going to be happy, and isgoing to return.
